Merida is just the loveliest dog! She is an approximately 2 1/2 year old American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever/Chow Chow/Cane Corso mix (see her DNA test results in the photos) that weighs about 43 lbs. She is spayed, up to date  on shots, microchipped, and heartworm negative. This sweet pea is potty trained, kennel/crate trained, is GREAT with people, good with 98% of other dogs, no cats. She is a snuggle bunny with low-medium energy.  She loves to run around the yard when she first meets new friends and then she calms right down and wants to snuggle! She is very well behaved, super gentle with kids and quiets down instantly in her crate! Merida is a dog that will cheer you up! She has a great energy about her! Merida is just the best behaved dog!

Merida was heartworm positive at Aiken County Animals Shelter where HeartBeat then pulled her and treated her for heartworms, hookworms, whipworms, and tapeworms.

Merida is currently living in a foster home and looking for her forever home!

Merida's adoption fee is $100 and she is available for adoption via Shelter Animals Advocates.
