All our adoptable dogs are spay-neutered, up to date on vaccinations, fully vetted ,dewormed and heartworm negative and microchipped. Adoption fee $150. Senior dogs $75.  Cats are $65. If you are out of our service area you are responsible for transport and any related fees.

General is an approx. 1 1/2 year old Bulldog mix that weighs about 75 lbs. He is neutered, UTD on shots and heartworm negative. This gentle giant is potty trained, kennel/crate trained, is great with people, other dogs, cats, kids, and horses. General is a super sweet, super friendly, calm baby! He loves playing with toys and balls, going on walks (walks well on a leash) and (oddly enough) taking baths...He is well behaved and even knows how to sit! General is a huge cuddler who loves nothing more than hanging out with his friends on the couch.

General was picked up as a stray and surrendered to Aiken Co Animal Shelter,where he tested heartworm positive and was put on death row. HeartBeat rescued him and then treated him for heartworms!

General is currently living with a foster home and looking for his forever home!
